Leader Group as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is able to offer a service whereby, skills knowledge and competencies gained through previous study, and work and life experiences, can be formally recognised and which can lead to the award of a qualification. This process is referred to as Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), or Recognition of Current Competencies (RCC) or Skills Recognition. It is a formal process, whereby the participant is required to submit a portfolio of evidence demonstrating competency against the relevant national standards.
The process usually includes some or all of the following:
Skills recognition is available for Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Project Management, and Diploma of Frontline Management.
