There is sufficient time in which to complete your assessments. Extensions are possible, but need to be arranged ahead of time.
In competency based training, nobody fails. The result is you are either Competent, or Not Yet Competent. If you’re Not Yet Competent, you have to repeat only that unit or component which needs to be redone.
It depends on which course you enrol. We will always advise you should you need to purchase any.
We provide the training manuals, trainer, coaching and mentoring to enable you to pass the assessment.
All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a completed enrolment form and/or email confirming your booking.
For individual bookings full payment must be made at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Corporate bookings will require 50% of total order cost at the time of booking. This payment can be made with a corporate credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to course commencement.
NB: Consideration for any credit or refund of fees is at the absolute discretion of the Company Directors.

Yes, Leader Group is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO registration number 51624) which means it is authorized to deliver Nationally Recognised Training and provide qualifications for the training it delivers. Secondly, Leader Group is a Globally Registered Education Provider (REP – number 2539) for the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is authorized to deliver training for certifications such as Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
