Questions about Training

Can you customize the training to suit the needs of our company?

Absolutely.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements

Can you provide training at our location?

Yes, provided you have the facilities.

Do we have a payment plan?

Yes, we do. Please contact Leader Group

When do I have to complete my assessment?

There is sufficient time in which to complete your assessments. Extensions are possible, but need to be arranged ahead of time.

What happens if I fail?

In competency based training, nobody fails. The result is you are either Competent, or Not Yet Competent. If you’re Not Yet Competent, you have to repeat only that unit or component which needs to be redone.

How many times can I repeat my assessment?

Any number of times, until you are deemed Competent.

Do I need to buy any books or materials?

It depends on which course you enrol. We will always advise you should you need to purchase any.

What support to I get on the course?

We provide the training manuals, trainer, coaching and mentoring to enable you to pass the assessment.

What is your refund policy?

Leader Group (Australasia) Pty Ltd applies the following policy

  • All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a completed enrolment form and/or email confirming your booking.

  • For individual bookings full payment must be made at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

  • Corporate bookings will require 50% of total order cost at the time of booking. This payment can be made with a corporate credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to course commencement.

  • In the event of a training course being cancelled by Leader Group, you will be issued a full a refund of all fees paid in respect of that course.

  • Non-attendance of a course or any part of a course, once a participant has enrolled will not warrant a refund or credit.

  • If cancellation of attendance to a training course is less than 7 days prior to the commencement of that course, no refund will be given in respect to that course. However, participant substitution is allowed provided Leader Group is advised in writing of the substitution prior to the commencement of that course. The substituted participant must complete a course enrolment/registration form prior to attending the course.

  • If cancellation of attendance to a training course is more than 7 days prior to the commencement of that course, then a refund of 50% of course fees may be granted subject to the completion of a Refund/Credit Application form.

NB: Consideration for any credit or refund of fees is at the absolute discretion of the Company Directors.

Under no circumstances will Leader Group (Australasia) Pty Ltd accept any responsibility, financial or otherwise, for changes in personal circumstances or work commitments which may occur after enrolment in a course.

Questions about E-Learning

Is Leader Group recognized to deliver this kind of training?

Yes, Leader Group is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO registration number 51624) which means it is authorized to deliver Nationally Recognised Training and provide qualifications for the training it delivers. Secondly, Leader Group is a Globally Registered Education Provider (REP – number 2539) for the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is authorized to deliver training for certifications such as Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

If I am unable to access the course for a period of time due to work or family commitments, can I suspend the course and continue it later on?
Yes, you can suspend your access for a period of time and continue it later on. There are minimum and maximum periods of time for suspending access to a course. Such arrangements must be made with as much notice as possible for Leader Group.
Will it cost me more if my course is extended? If yes, how much?
Additional course costs are dependent upon the duration and type of request for extensions. Not all extensions incur an additional cost.
What do you mean by Assessment?
Leader Group's courses are Nationally Accredited which means they meet the highest quality standards. In order to get the qualification, you have to complete an 'Assessment' – which is a set of practical tasks. At the end of the course, you must submit all these tasks which form your Assessment'.
How long do I have to do the course?
When you pay and enroll in the course, you are given access to the online course for 90 days.
Do I get any help with the Assessment?
Yes, right through the course, an online facilitator will guide you through the lessons, practical activities, quizzes, assessments and any problems you may encounter during your study.
What happens if I am unable to complete the course during the allotted time? Can I get an extension of time?
If you are unable to complete your course within the allotted time, you need to seek an extension of time from Leader Group. Extensions are possible.
What happens if I fail a quiz?
If you do not score the minimum pass mark in a quiz, you will need to retake the quiz until you score the minimum pass mark. The system will not allow you to proceed to the next lesson until you have scored the minimum pass mark for the quiz. This means that you may have to take a quiz more than once or twice until you have scored the required minimum pass mark.

Can I skip a lesson or quiz?
No you cannot. Because this is a graded course, the system will not allow you to skip a lesson or quiz.
