Structure of the PMboK based course is divided into 12 lessons as follows:

Lesson 1 - Project Management Framework Credential Program

Lesson 2 - Project Life Cycle and Organisation

Lesson 3 - Project Management Processes

Lesson 4 - Project Integration Management

Lesson 5 - Project Scope Management

Lesson 6 - Project Time Management

Lesson 7 - Project Cost Management

Lesson 8 - Project Quality Management

Lesson 9 - Project Human Resources Management

Lesson 10 - Project Communications Management

Lesson 11 - Project Risk Management

Lesson 12 - Project Procurement Management

Each lesson is designed around the project management processes (according to PMBoK) and contains information relating to those processes.  At the end of each lesson, there is a short self-assessment, followed by a quiz (graded).  

Qualifications Outlines - what do you get? 

Once you have passed this course, you will get a certificate for 24 Professional Development Units (PDUs) from Leader Group (a Global Registered Education Provider (REP) for PMI). You need a minimum of 23 PDUs to sit the CAPM Exam.

• Read the content and take notes.
• Complete the 10 online mock examination for each PMBoK based Knowledge area.
