Course Assesment/Outcomes

Assessment
Assessment of your learning occurs in a number of different ways.  These are the features in the assessment process.

  • You will assess your own progress individually or in a group with peers following  the various activities and self-tests in the unit.
  • Your facilitator will monitor your completion of the set activities, and check that  you have completed the requirements.
  • These activities and exercises will form evidence for your final assessment.
  • Your facilitator will be responsible for verifying that your performance has met  the statement requirements.
  • You will need to keep any written work or other evidence to form a portfolio for  assessment.
  • A workplace portfolio is the most appropriate and relevant method to demonstrate transfer of knowledge and skills from the classroom to the workplace

Award / Credential
Upon successful completion of all assessment requirements participants will receive a Statement of Attainment.
