The aim of this course is to enable executives to effectively and efficiently use MS Project Server  as a tool to assist in managing a portfolio of projects.

By the end of this course participants will be able to:

• view and provide high level dashboard analysis of al projects
• review prepare and analyse project progress, cost, variance and other defined information
• ability to view details of specific projects
• analysis of, and understanding of, an entire project portfolio  
• to model future implementations or proposed changes to observe effect on projects
• able to use the collaboration functionalities to track project risks, issues and documents
• able to view enterprise resources and resource assignments
