Microsoft Project Server for Team Members - 7 PDU's

Course Aim/Objectives:

The purpose of this 1 day course is to coach the participants on the rudimentary functionality of MS Project Server. This course is applicable for all users who need to access and work with enterprise project information published on MS Project Web Access (PWA).

The aim of this course is to enable participants to effectively and efficiently work with project data published on MS Project Server  PWA.

Course Assesment/Outcomes

By the end of this course participants will be able to:

  • set project alerts for yourself
  • understand and perform the team member role in tracking project progress including
    o updating progress on tasks
    o view, edit and update tasks
    o reject and create tasks
    o transfer tasks to MS Outlook
  • submit status reports
  • perform document management
  • perform issue management
  • participate in risk management.
